Huntington Library, Superman Returns, and Max’s Visit
Well this last week we has been a nice one. We seem to keep busy throughout the weeks even though life is much less stressful from changes in school, work, and church callings.
This week we went to visit the Huntington Library in San Marino, CA. It was a beautiful. We only stayed for a short time b/c the kids needed naps and I needed to return for work at LDS Family Services.
JP, Mary Ann and Max all stopped by for a short visit with us this afternoon. We enjoyed catching up and hearing how they are doing. It will be so fun to go to Colorado to see the whole family during Amie’s wedding.
We hope that our digital camera will be fixed by then so that we can take so great pictures of everyone.
The last month of June was a great one for my birthday. I haven’t posted much about it but Marlene really did a great job for me. First, as previously mentioned we went to Les Miserables. Then we went to Superman Returns for our date last Saturday night which was also to celebrate the B-day because it had been awhile since Les Mis. Then Marlene also had a surprise Birthday party where she invited some friends over for pizza and dessert. It was a nice evening and a great surprise. Marlene did a surprise for my birthday a few years ago in Provo while I was working at the Y. It was a lot of fun. Happy 28th to myself.
BTW - we really liked Superman Returns. Two Thumbs up.
