We have added about 60+ new pictures to Flickr and we wanted to invite you to browse through them. They include Marlene’s trip to Oregon, the Gibb Family Reunion, Oscar’s First Preschool Fieldtrip, Our visit with Spencer and Jonene and Mom and Dad in Elk Ridge tonight, Oscar wearing a football helmet and loving it, and our morning walk around the block today, in addition to many pictures from California that we’ve yet had a good opportunity to post since moving to Utah.

We are doing well. We are getting everything under control here in Provo and trying to establish patterns on life again. In an attempt to accomplish this for Oscar, we’ve started him in a local preschool “Little People Preschool” with a friend in Orem. It seems to be going well. Actually he seem to love it. It goes three days a week and he is already starting form a bond with the teacher and the other 5 students.

I am getting ready for the American Association Marriage and Family Therapist’s conference in Austin, Texas from Oct. 18 to 22. Coincidently, Marlene’s girlfriend trip is planned for the same weekend to Chicago, IL. Thankfully, we have wonderful parents that are coming to assist and aid us in our time of poor forsight and planning on our part. (We can make up excuses but that is really blah, blah, blah.)

We had alot fun with the Spencer Scoville family in Elk Ridge for the Afternoon conference session. Oscar and Lily loved playing with their cousins–Abbie, Kenzie, and Ellie. We are excited to have them living relatively close by now in Utah as well. So we can see them more frequently now. Mom and Dad Scoville came up to and brought dinner with them. It was great. We all played Settlers of Catan.

We’ve been selling quite a few of our books via Amazon marketplace and have been doing pretty well actually. We have just accumulated lots of books, especially all my textbooks that I rarely if ever use or look at again.
