New Digital Rebel XT


We’ve finally made the plunge for a new camera. We are buying to replace our old Digital Rebel XT that I left on the plane over Thanksgiving and then when I went back to get it and it was gone. Taken… Lost… Stolen… We’ve done all we could to get it back but then we were lucky and State Farm reimbursed us through our Renter’s Insurance. Thanks to all the family that recommended we do it. It worked out well. We got about 75% of the money back for the camera. So it was just enough to get the same model - even though the model is now over a year old.

But we’re very happy. Marlene is especially happy to start taking pictures again. Now we are just looking for a new Compact Flash Card to actually take pictures.

    Sa-weet! I can’t wait to see some pictures of you and your family on flickr. I need to be better at taking pictures, and then getting over to JP & MA’s house to post them. Love it! You guys are great.

    You could do that. You could also do something like that at a local library and then put them on a disc or something. Thoughts. We’d love to see your pictures. Talk to you later.
