A few memories from our family to you.

My favorite Webbrowsers for a PC:

1) Firefox – I love this browser for the PC. It runs great without bogging too much RAM space. Also it has great extensions that make browsing fun on the internet. Many have made into the firefox software over time but there continue to be improvements and innovations that move the internet browsers forward. Internet explorer just follows the leader for PC internet browsing.

2) Safari – Apple has recently come out with PC version of their famous Safari browser. It is very fast and runs well on the PC. There are few glitches – it doesn’t autosave your tabs and browsers as Firefox does so if it shuts down – you don’t have anything saved. But it is extremely quick. It is also still in its infancy for the PC – it is Safari 3 Beta version right now.

3) Flock – I do love the Flock browser and it just updated to official 1.0 version. It has some great blogging, photo sharing (e.g., Flickr) and monitoring features, however, in so doing it uses up a lot RAM power. I have 2GB RAM on our Apple iMac at home and it still runs slower than both Safari and Firefox. It does seem to run faster, slightly, on the PC.

4) Opera – Is a fun browser that has a bittorrent service integrated with it. I have used it in the past but I have gone back to the old faithful for PC’s = Firefox. I love firefox the most for PC.
