New Home
I wanted to post a link to the home we decided to put an offer in on Saturday. We offered and they accepted.
We are pretty happy. It is a nice starter; not as much work as the previous home we were hoping for, for which I am grateful. it has nice mature fruit trees.

What do you think? They’ve lowered the price from 270,000 to the 230,000 and we offered even lower than that and they accepted it.
The process has been so smooth; in contrast to the first home we were pursuing in our current ward boundaries.
The current owner is Royal Skousen - older brother to Mark Skousen and nephew to Cleon Skousen. My grandfather Scoville loved talking about, speculating, and discussing Cleon Skousen.

Congratulations on the house. It looks very nice — and you’re going to love having a garage.
I met Cleon’s son when I lived in Salt Lake. He gave me a copy of one of his dad’s books.
