Tomorrow will be a big day for PC based computers – the beta version of Google’s Chrome Browser will be made available to download and try out. It currently won’t be available for Mac (shucks) and for Linux. It will be though. Hope that it is great. I love almost all Google Products.

Click here for more info on Google’s Chrome Browser and the ability to download on September 2, 2008 – tomorrow.

Have a good night.

Our House on Google Maps

Here is our house on Google Maps Streetsview. Not a bad shot for a camera on car roaming the country.

I got an email tonight from one of my best friends, Brandon Cahoon. He let me know that the trailer (preview) of Parade is complete and available for your viewing pleasure. Please check it out at www.paradethemovie.com. It is great. This is the movie that I’ve been telling you about for months now. It is about complete. Cahoon submitted it to a few festivals and we are waiting to hear back about it. It looks awesome. Thanks for all the hard work, Brandon. I know you spent many hours and nights tediously going over the movie.

When I typed in “Parade the movie” in my google browser, this was the fifth link. Pretty great for Brandon’s debut film. I also like the version that is playing on Youtube. Click here to see it.

It has been a little while since I’ve posted any sports posts. So I have been thinking about Barry Sanders and his decision to leave the NFL. My story is that I learned he’d retired the day I returned from my mission in Brazil (actually the day I was leaving – on the plane from a Baptist who sat next to me). He had invited me to film with him in Brazil since I knew the language (that didn’t pan out), but I was devastated that my favorite running back of all time was retiring. I was sad on that trip home. I had looked forward throughout my mission to come back and watch him play. Well in my time since, I have seen some amazing footage on google video and youtube and sites like that. I wanted to make a post dedicated to him. I am still a Detroit Lions fan to this day and hope that they return to some semblance of glory. We’ll see how this season pans out. Barry has been the best draft pick they’ve ever had and they’ve had some high picks since they are annually a pretty bad team.

Here’s to you Barry.

His college days at Oklahoma State University.  He had been a back up to Thurman Thomas for a couple of years before he had his chance to shine in the 1988 season.

Well that is enough for tonight. I’ll see what else I can find.

People who are using to purchasing drugs like alprazolam online, are well aware of quality drug store setups online. Whether you are about to purchase loprin or levitra, make sure the store is registered.

A new version of Google Earth came out today which includes a sky viewing addition. I always have wanted to improve my knowledge of constellations and being able to see them so close is pretty great. Click this link: Google Earth with Google Sky.

Here are a couple of pictures that were taken from the Hubble Space telescope.

I remember taking an Astronomy class at UVSC and I enjoyed it. I remember also going to the Hansen Planentarium on dates. We used to feel so cool going to the Laser Floyd or Laser Grunge (or something like that).

Tomorrow night we are going camping with Brandon and his little family.

Patients of graves disease need to be extra cautious about their eyes once they cross into 40s. The reason being their delicate eye problems. They seldom find contact lenses suitable. It is not exactly a pink eye condition that can be ignored.

I recently found this great highlight real from the BYU and Utah 2006 game. Check it out if you please. Skip to the end if you’d like to see the amazing end of game touchdown by John Beck to win the game.

**Also of note-John Beck was the only BYU football player to be selected in this years NFL Draft. He was chosen by the Miami Dolphins with the 40th overall pick in the second round. Pretty great. Show Miami you are better than Brady Quinn.

Way to go, John!

The folks at Google are ambitious and trying to establish themselves in so many areas. I just really thought this was interesting. Read below.

The first plug-in hybrid vehicle may have a “powered by Google” sticker on
it. The search engine company is starting a for-profit philanthropy
company (say wha?) to take on important social problems, and high on
their agenda is developing a plug-in hybrid, according to the New York Times.

See the blog entry from Wired Blogs.

Also check out the New York Times to learn more about the philanthropic adventures of the Google Corp, found at Google.org.
